Mr. Vorontsov graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of Law in 1987.
From 1998 to 2013 he worked in the Legal Division of Tyumen Oil Company (OJSC "TNK"), which was later reorganized to TNK-BP (TNK - British Petroleum).
He has extensive experience in litigation, acquisition, legal protection of the assets, as well as in the bankruptcy proceedings.
From 2003 to 2005 he leaded a project of TNK-BP Legal function reorganization while being engaged in legal practice.
From 2005 to 2013 he was assigned to manage the main trading company of TNK-BP Group – TNK Trade Ltd., and TNK-BP Representative Office in Cyprus.
Since his return from Cyprus in 2013, Vsevolod has been engaged in planning and development of Rosneft OJSC Legal function.
